There are no criteria, regulations, or procedures to obtain the license in the DRCongo. The country has very few PhD clinical psychologists and master levels. This issue is not yet discussed. I am the first and only neuropsychologist in the country and there is a neuropsychologist board.

Since there is no regulation on the license issue, any license from any country of any level seems to be accepted.
