News to Know

In 2014, Juan Antonio Valdivia Vázquez a Fulbright scholarship recipient, obtained an Educational Psychology, Ph.D. from Washington State University. He also holds M.S. in Psychology and B.S. in Clinical Psychology degrees from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León (México). At the Tecnológico de Monterrey School of Medicine, Antonio currently assembles a research group to study aspects related to health education programs. He also works on the cultural and linguistic appropriateness of educational and psychological measures used for Spanish-language speakers living in the U.S. and Mexico, including samples of Mexican individuals who grew up in the U.S., but returned to Mexico.
