Professional title for a Practicing Psychologist: Clinical, Counseling, Applied-Social, Education or School Psychologist and Professional Counselor and Mental Health Practitioner (latter to be added soon).

Criteria, Regulations and Procedures to obtain a License: Submission of documentation: diploma, transcript, log of supervised hours, passport size photo, application form, police record, references. Covers Jamaica and Cayman – both tele-therapy and face to face

Reciprocity of Licenses: No

Temporary/Short-Term Licenses (which are often needed for psychologists doing humanitarian work in foreign countries): Yes there is a short term volunteer license available from any country as long as they are licensed elsewhere, no restrictions on country, just requires approval from the Council especially the perusal of the Psychology rep.
