We need some guidelines and websites to follow as an example and develop in Nepalese context.

We don’t have it related to license issuing, but we have other official resources and documentation.
Reciprocity of Licenses:
No we don’t have a license even our neighboring country India has no licensing system. We just rely on their education, training and skill.
Temporary/Short-Term Licenses (which are often needed for psychologists doing humanitarian work in foreign countries):
We are working on our own guidelines and action plan in an emergency. But it is needed to make it authentic, so we can update and modify it based on circumstances every year.
