The Advocacy Committee of the Society for Global Psychology, Div. 52 of the American Psychological Association, is committed to advocacy for global, national, regional, and community policies relevant to psychological research, training, and practice. The committee members pursue independent efforts across the globe in different areas to advocate effectively for psychology on policies affecting the profession and its clients/patients. In line with the vision of a global citizen-psychologist, the committee promotes the just development, broader utilization, and effective implementation of psychological science, ensuring a meaningful impact on societies worldwide.
