Joyce Yip Green

Joyce Yip Green, PhD, is an International Psychologist, educator, and change strategist with over 20 years of experience advancing global mental health, systems change, and professional development. She specializes in reflective, relational, and ecological approaches to well-being across individuals, organizations, and communities.

Dr. Green is an Assistant Professor in the Marital and Family Therapy with Specialization in Art Therapy program at Loyola Marymount University. Her research explores intercultural competence, immigration, and acculturation, with a focus on Korean and Lao American experiences. She has presented her work nationally and internationally.

She holds a PhD in International Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and an MA in Marital and Family Therapy/Clinical Art Therapy from Loyola Marymount University. As a Reflective Practice Facilitator, she supports organizations in cultivating inclusive, culturally responsive, and reflective systems for growth and transformation across education, health, and social services.
