Criteria, Regulations and Procedures to obtain a License:

There is no licensing system in Uzbekistan. You can practice after completing your bachelor degree. However bachelor study is much more complicated than studying in the US. Situation is changing, but up to this year students attended lots of various courses in psychology, which were mandatory and they started to do research in the second year of their study. Since last year they can enter their bachelor psychology study in three fields: youth psychology, family psychology and practical psychology.

Since you do not need a license, having a bachelor diploma allows you to work as a psychologist.
